Our new through-feed continuous-processing four-side saw automatically completes precise cutting on all four edges in one single feed. Equipped with a servo-driven conveying system, it realizes full automation: automatic feeding, cutting and stacking. Only 1 operator is needed to control the electrical cabinet for the whole production run.
The machine adopts high-precision wear-resistant guide rails and a combination of main & scoring saw blades. It delivers tight cutting tolerances, leaving smooth, burr-free, chip-free edges on vermiculite boards. A built-in dust collection system captures cutting dust efficiently to keep the workshop clean.
