The day began with an immersive tour of our state-of-the-art production facility. Our technical team guided the guests through the entire manufacturing process, from the reception and quality control of raw vermiculite ore mixing with high-temperature binders, and the high-pressure formation of the boards. The Indonesian clients showed great interest in our quality control checkpoints, observing firsthand how we ensure every panel meets stringent standards for density, purity, and structural integrity.
Following the production line tour, the delegation proceeded to our product showroom. Here, they examined a wide array of finished vermiculite boards, including various sizes, thicknesses, and custom-shaped pieces tailored for different applications. We demonstrated the product's key features, such as its exceptional heat resistance, insulation properties, and lightweight yet durable nature. The clients were able to see and feel the quality, leading to a productive discussion about the specific requirements and potential applications in the Indonesian market.
